Confirmed Service Customer
I want to start off by saying Jossue has been great at the front desk. I've been taking my GMC here for the last 2 years for oil changes and he's always been great to interact with. I found out yesterday after my service was finished that the oil change has gone up from $83 to $116. I reached out to ask why the price jumped so much compared to my last oil change and was told that the "price has gone up like everything else". I understand having to raise prices but this seemed excessive and caught me off guard as I didn't realize until after the service was complete. It would be helpful to have some heads up as to what the prices are going to be before the service, especially after a price increase. I'm disappointed because I did feel good about bringing my vehicle here for services but can't justify it any longer given the cost will be $116 for a standard oil change. I'm not trying to bash your business on google or yelp. I was just hoping to respond directly so you can take some of this feedback to improve in the future.
