Christian was amazing to work with. We had a transmission that needed replacing plus an extra part was needed after further inspection. Christian went out of his way to help us as we were having issues with the rental car situation since Bvtn Buick/GMC doesn't have any loaners or rental car agreements with anyone. Christian found a transmission where he took a personal day (a Saturday) and drove to go get our transmission. That Wednesday following that Saturday, the technicians were working on our car and they got it done by that Friday. This was almost impossible to do as the typical wait time for the part we needed was up to 6 weeks. Christian was professional and very friendly. He totally understood the immense issues we had for our 2 yr old car needing a transmission. He was amazing and we couldn't have asked for better customer service for a situation that we had for Christian to deal with. Great Work Christian! You should be a Manager ASAP with a raise. Thanks so much!
