Your dealership on the west side of Portland is very handy for me. Once inside, I'm acknowledged and greeted by friendly service advisors who confirm I have an appointment for service for that date and time. Because my Encore G/X is a relatively new 2021, service so far has been minimal and I usually stay in the customer waiting area. It's nice it's clean and there are several TVs if you don't want to read, coffee, etc. If you have to hang out and wait, it's a good place to be.
