Confirmed Sales Customer
Salesman didn't ask what features we were looking for in a vehicle. Salesman didn't explain towing capacity based on GM requirements. Salesman wasn't knowledgeable on vehicle features. It was just here is the keys take it for a test ride as long as you need. I have a couple other people I am working with let me know if you need anything. Always felt like the "other customers"were more important. Also I was told the vehicle we truly wanted to purchase wasn't available nationwide. That was a straight lie. We were only offered what was in stock. Once I was ask about maybe getting different wheels through service and paying the difference the saleman texted me " You can buy Black wheels after you purchase the truck, do you want to buy a truck from. Us?" I have the text message trail.. Another dealership located exactly what we were looking for and it was locally instock about 45 min from your dealership. Also I asked if the Salesman was telling me that they don't want my business when I asked about ordering a new GMC and he said " Yah pretty much" I told him thanks that made me help make my decision on where I am going to purchase and refer people to purchase a truck. Then very frustrated I ended the calling after spending hours at the dealership and shuffling vehicles around to be at the dealership past dark since my wife has seizures we had to leave her vehicle over night. Then to have this type of service was embarrassing to say the least. I asked the salesman to have the GSM call me he just stated why?? I even reached out private messaged Charlie Brown on FB and "crickets". No care no customer service, no going above and beyond for the customer.
