We���ve had two bad experiences since we���ve bought our Buick 2024 Envista 1.2L L3 TURBO Sport Touring. On two occasions we have retired to resolve a camera error issue. First time was basically blown off after the shop had had a recent fire, so that didn���t get fixed at the time as well as we had received a letter of a recall was told no need for concern nothing done. Second time made an appt for oil change, mentioned the recall & the camera error���. First was told recall fix would probably fix issue���.Then when picking was told after checking no codes nor issues found with camera���..Less two hours from leaving shop when get again ���Service Front Camera���. As soon it appeared I took a picture sent it to Jossue Jimenez as instructed���.its been since Friday still no response/resolutions. I pretty confident I have his right ph # since he keeps sent the following msg���Just fix my problem please and thank you.
