Confirmed Service Customer
I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived they told me there was going to be a 1 - 2 hour wait. I asked why they didn't call me so I could arrange my schedule to come in 1 -2 hours later and the "I don't care" attitude said, "it's what we have to work with" whatever that means. The last oil change was 1 1/2 hours. There is absolutely no reason for this. I tried to go to Jiffy Lube but the dealership had the oil plug so tight, they couldn't remove it without ruining the plug so I'm stuck going to the dealership.
